Acceptance
Do not post until you have read these Community terms. Creating or submitting a question, answer, or comment in the portal is acceptance. If you do not agree, do not post — you may still read this rulebook.
Where community lives
Q&A is hosted in the Amastan SaaS customer and partner portals. This website states the rules, never-list, content license, and DMCA process. There is no link-unfurl fetcher and no email-to-post on this marketing site.
Identity
This marketing site may be read without an account. Writing requires a signed-in customer or partner identity issued by Amastan. There is no anonymous posting.
Allowed content
Text, Markdown, and code about the Amastan product, air-gap/license operations (without secrets), and feature requests. Keep posts lawful and respectful. No malware, no instructions to attack systems, no harassment.
Images and attachments
Amastan does not offer image or file attachments as a community feature. You must not post screenshots of appliances, packet captures, internal or customer URLs, personal data (PII), or license keys. When in doubt, paste no files — describe the issue in text.
DLP patterns
Sharing DLP regular expressions or detection patterns in this community is forbidden forever — including “sanitized” or “example” patterns.
Never-list (mandatory)
You must not post any of the following. Staff may remove posts and restrict accounts that break this list.
- Appliance tokens
- HMAC intake keys
- Stripe IDs
- Internal IP addresses
- Packet captures (pcaps)
- DLP regular expressions (never share, including “examples”)
- Policy plaintext
- Employee directories
- RBI sessions
- Prompts or completions
- Other-tenant data
- Embargoed vulnerabilities
- Screenshots of appliances, pcaps, URLs, personal data, or license keys
Content license
You retain ownership of your posts. By posting, you grant Amastan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, moderate, translate, excerpt, and promote your content, including in a public knowledge base. You warrant that you have the rights to grant this license and that your post does not infringe others.
Moderation
Amastan may hide, lock, or remove posts that break these terms or the law. Repeat or severe violations may be banned from the community.
Billing and partner
Shared product Q&A is not for billing or partner-confidential matters. Those stay in support cases or the partner workspace. Use the pilot or contact form if you do not have portal access.
