What this is
Amastan Community is Q&A for product questions, air-gapped / license operations, and feature requests. Threads live in the signed-in Amastan SaaS portal (customers and partners). This marketing site publishes the rules and legal pages only. It does not host posts.
Text, Markdown, and code only
Amastan Community does not offer attachments or images. Do not post screenshots of appliances, packet captures, internal URLs, personal data, or license keys. Do not share DLP regular expressions — ever.
What this is not
- Not a public internet forum and not GitHub
- Not a cloud Secure Web Gateway
- Not appliance SSO
- Not a place to paste production config or secrets
How to participate
Accept the terms first. Then sign in to the Amastan customer or partner portal — we do not embed a post editor on this website.
1Read the Community terms. Posting in the portal means you accept them.
2Sign in to the customer or partner portal Amastan issued you.
3Write in text, Markdown, and code only. Do not attach images as a matter of Amastan policy.
4Use a product category: Product, Air-gap / license, or Feature request. Announcements are staff-only.
Need an account? Request a pilot. Existing customers and partners use the portal they already have.

Offline, air-gapped, and license operations that do not require exposing secrets.

Staff posts only. Signed-in customers and partners may read.
Not in shared Q&A
Billing and partner-confidential topics stay in support or the partner workspace. Use the pilot or contact form if you do not have portal access — do not post invoices, tenant identifiers, or partner contracts in Community.
Never post
If it would help an attacker or expose a customer environment, do not paste it. This list is mandatory on Community and in the terms.
